Dash: Power at the speed of thought!

This is a small update to correct a few internal issues.

• The Installer will now correctly update the icons, skins, plugins and keywords
• The Installer will now save the update setup to the local user data folder instead of Program Files (preventing problems with privileges for regular users)
• Calculator now shows a nice icon
• Yahoo has a new icon
• Skins are optimized for the new render engine
• Translate keyword now works (was missing a proper installation of the plugin)
• Define keyword has been updated to the new Merriam-Webster website
• New option to disable the Snarl notification catcher
• Capturing of selections works much better now (try this: select a URL, call Dash, press ‘,’ and the selected URL will show up. Now press enter to go to the page. Particularly useful with those un-linked text URLs. Selection works with all keywords that require a text input.)
• Updated Clipboard capture logic (was somewhat broken in 0.95.2.2)
• Fixed problem with Paste Text function, and calculator paste result (pressing Enter).
• Notification window shadows for text is now automatically generated by luminance contrast (pending customization directly in skin files)
• Fixed floating point errors in calculator
• Dash now correctly opens files browsed for instead of folder
• Single ENTER now opens selected file or folder browsed for
• Internal changes to the error notification logging and report system (should provide smaller reports, which can be sent faster through the net)
