Photoshop Layered Skin Template

Because Dash Command doesn’t instantly update skin changes made in it’s settings and graphics files (perhaps a new feature to be added?) I found myself designing the entire skin in photoshop.

To make things easier for other would-be Dash Command skin designers here’s the final layered PSD file for my Grass Hills skin released elsewhere on this forum. This should make the designing of new skins and choosing of colors MUCH quicker for photoshop designers.

To update the skin settings, just type “Skin Reset” within Dash, and it will reload the skin and its settings.

It’s documented in the command list ;)

Thanks Dave! I was about to start monkeying around with Dash’s skinning capabilities. The PSD will make it so much easier.

hi. I’ve created a new skin from the template, but how do I make it able to skin dash?
