Speaking for myself anyway, I don't see a problem with having to reregister. Unless there is some sort of import utility to migrate the database over it would seem reregistering is the easiest path, especially if it makes a new forum happen sooner.

Maybe this one can be archived so the info here doesn't get lost?

Here is a bit of info:

1. The colors are specified in A,R,G,B where A is alpha. So you guys are right. a $FF value is opaque and $00 is completely transparent with respect to the background.

The colors are in HEX format so if you take the last 6 letters/digits you get your usual HTML color values. Just append the two digit alpha prefix and you are set.

2. The list is not transparent (at the moment), but the colors for the fonts can have transparency with respect to the background color.

3. Using different icon sizes is supported but untested (it is incredibly difficult to retrieve icons of the right size in windows of different versions). Also keep in mind that win2k, XP and Vista have different maximum size icons.

4. Listbitmap is not used at the moment, but it will be used for skinning purposes of course.

I hope this clears it a bit.

I will check why the list is not transparent.
